Bryan's Story...
This darling brown tabby & white boy is estimated to be about 8-10mos old. Bryan came into a W. VA shelter as a stray. He quickly charmed the staff and they worked hard to get him into a rescue where he would be safe until a forever home was found. He is now in our care and is just a delight! Bryan loves to lick fingers & toes and roll over on his side for some rubs. His ideal situation would be to find a home where he would have another kitten or young cat to play with. 2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
