Cowboy's Info...

Cowboy's Story...
Cowboy (named after his cow markings) is being uprooted from his home due to financial reasons. His owner is now pregnant and in order to make ends meet, the family is moving back in with her mother who owns a male pit that does not get along with Jackson. If we cannot locate a home for him, the family is going to euthanize him on or before October 30, 2009. Cowboy is a good dog that wants very much to be your companion. He can be your path to health as you walk and exercise him, it will be good for you too. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, housebroken and probably is best as an only pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cowboy, a BRIDGEPORT Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in BRIDGEPORT, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in BRIDGEPORT.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in BRIDGEPORT already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a BRIDGEPORT breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in BRIDGEPORT paves the way for another one to be saved.
