for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Bob's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Bob's Story...
I am a 3 year old LOVEBUG! I love to be pet and cuddle up with humans! I purr constantly and enjoy sleeping in bed with you. I think I'm a dog and will follow you around the house. I am looking for a wonderful, forever home since my last owners left me at the shelter. I have a slight scarring on my right eye but the vet said I am fine and can see perfectly. Won't you come and meet me at the Encinitas Pet Nutrition Center, 760-436-1226. I am worth the trip!! Oh, did I mention I prefer to be your only cat? I want to be King!
All SPP cats are spayed/neutered before adoption, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and tested for FELV/FIV & will have 1 month free pet insurance if you choose to sign up. The adoption donation is $100 and it is tax deductible. Please, San Diego County Residents Only. For an application please visit:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bob, a San Diego/North County Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in San Diego/North County, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in San Diego/North County.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego/North County already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego/North County breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego/North County paves the way for another one to be saved.
