My story

Stanley was surrendered to CPR for fostering and adoption by concerned neighbors in rural TN. Stanley's mom is a neighborhood dog whose owner abandoned her a couple of years ago. Recently, she became pregnant and had puppies. Stanley came to CPR at 12 weeks old. He is currently being fostered through a partnership between CPR and the Scarlet Rope Project house. Scarlet Rope Project, a faith based nonprofit in Jackson TN, exists to provide a safe place for healing and restoration to survivors of sex trafficking. The women at the house have been caring for Stanley for CPR. They have taught him his house manners and he is almost fully-crated trained. They have taught him how to fetch, and he knows a few basic commands. Stanley prefers to dine alone and needs to be fed separate from any other animals in the home. Stanley is very playful and loves any attention he gets.

This puppy is spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative.

The adoption fee is $500 if your adoption is prepaid prior to your pup's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on puppies that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.

If you are an MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at the Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 12pm - 2pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
