TAZ's Story...
Taz is an adorable baby boy that was abandoned with his lil sister Trina. Alone and hungry they were found eating dirt. Taz and Trina came to us Oct 1 and are approximately 6 weeks old. Taz weighs in at 6.4lbs and Trina 4.8. They have been given their first puppy shots and wormed. Both are growing rapidly and gaining weight. Taz is a real lover boy and follows you everywhere. Doing GREAT on potty training and goes immediately when he is put down outside. He still whines a bit at night missing his mom, but Trina is his best friend so he is settling down nicely. This adorable lil guy will not last long. If you are interested, put your application in now!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

TAZ, a DFW Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in DFW, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in DFW.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in DFW already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a DFW breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in DFW paves the way for another one to be saved.
