Hi- I'm BUDDY! I'm a gray and white medium-sized male cat and I am about 1 1/2 - 2 years old as of 10/2009. I am neutered, up to date on shots, tested negative for both FIV and FeLv (feline leukemia) and I am fully housetrained/litterbox trained. I am an indoor only cat and I have also been treated for the prevention of ear mites, fleas and worms.

As I mentioned previously, I am a very shy cat. I need a calm household with no small children (I am scared when they chase me) and no dogs (unless they are very calm dogs). I do well with other cats and I love people (once I get to know and trust them). I am very loving and sweet...I just need to be adopted by someone who is willing to work with me and let me know that it is okay to trust new people. I had a very tough past- from what my rescuers know, I was abused and very mistreated. After all of that, I was left behind when my "owner" foreclosed on his home. No food, no water and no one to care for me. It has been a hard start to life, but I am happy, healthy and ready for a good home now. I am looking forward to meeting you and I thank you in advance for giving me second chance at a well-loved life!
