My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Michelle one of the most beautiful girls that we have had the opportunity to foster. Her family's house went into foreclosure so she had to come live in a foster home till someone sees this beautiful girl and takes her home to her new home! Michelle or Chelle as we call her is 2 1/2 yrs old. She is very lovable but unfortunately something happened to her that has made her extremely shy, to the point that she hides behind her foster mom's recliner 90% of the time. She is especially afraid of men and children. She is not aggressive and doesn't growl or anything like that but she runs from them and hides. She lets her foster mom snuggle her and she follows her everywhere and will even become very playful with toys and other dogs when she knows that there is no one home but her foster mom. We are working with her and my husband is spending a lot of time trying to teach her that a man can love her and not hurt her. She seems to be okay with teen age girls also. Time will tell but she would be a great companion for any woman at this time. She is a doll! She is totally doggie door trained and rides well in cars. We have no idea about cats but she is fine with other dogs.
