Baxter's Story...
Hi, my name is Baxter and I'm going to be a pirate for Halloween! Well, I do only have one eye so the eye patch works well for me...Anyway, my ex-family was not very nice. They didn't feed me well and they just didn't take care of me. Now I have a full tummy everyday and my teeth are bright and shiny! I didn't know what my foster mom was doing when she kept kissing me and telling me how handsome I am. Then I realized she is right! I am handsome and special and all those other things she tells me! She loves it when I army crawl across the bed in the morning to get my tummy rubbed and the little snorty noises I make. I love it when she tucks me in at night, I go right to sleep! Of course car rides are good and love those walks man! She said that someday soon I'll have my own home with my own people who will love me and take special care of me. That would be awesome!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baxter, a Maple Park Boston Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier for sale in Maple Park, or seeking a Boston Terrier dog from a breeder in Maple Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Maple Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Maple Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier breeders who help with Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Maple Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
