Harry's Story...
Harry is a 2-3 yr old male pug mix. He is white with tan spots and is absolutely adorable . Harry weighs about 10 pounds.
He is low key, (not a barker), that just really wants to cuddle, play with people, loves to go on walks with his leash, and is extremely well mannered.
He is a cat chaser though, so no cats or small animals. He would probably do best as an only dog, but does ok with his Foster Mom's 3 large and small dogs. He had a rough start at life, but is now happy to have a nice warm bed to sleep in and plenty of food. He is a huge kisser and a low maintenence dog that just wants to be loved.
Please contact his Foster Mom at the email and/or phone number found below his photos.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harry, a San Diego/North County Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in San Diego/North County, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in San Diego/North County.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego/North County already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego/North County breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego/North County paves the way for another one to be saved.
