OREO's Story...
Oreo is a 4 yr old neutered JRT. His family, who he has lived with since 8 weeks of age, must find him a new home because their son was just diagnosed as being very allergic to dogs. Oreo's parents were both from the original line & came from England. He is great w/kids, including babies, but can be a bit rambunctious. He is housebroken, & doggie door traines, & loves the freedom to outside whenever he wants. He also LOVES water, going for walks, & sleeping on something sof & warn at night. He's very smart, does lots of tricks, & can even open doors. HE HATES CATS - EVEN THE WORD "CAT". Like most JRTs, he will not do well left alone all day, & needs a fenced yard. Why Adoption is a Great Option

OREO, a Phoenix Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
