Taz's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Taz's Story...
Taz is a 3 year old red & rust, docked, natural eared boy that weighs in at 80 lbs. He loves people and does well with other dogs. He lives with 2 teenage boys (13 & 16) and a female Boxer. He is best friends with all of them. He has a sweet gentle soul but because of his high energy level would do best with children over 10. He loves to be a lap dog and stays close to his owners. He has his Canine Good Citizen and does very well in training class. He pulls on walks so he needs some work in that department. He will stand and let you pet him all day. He's crate and potty trained. He stays loose in my home during the day. He wins everyones heart that meets him. Come meet this love bug today! DAR&E only places within the Maryland, DC, West Virginia and Virginia area. Please do no apply to adopt if you live outside of those areas. Please visit our website (www.dobe.net) for additional information on adopting one of our DAR&E Dobermans & an online application!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Taz, a Arlington Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
