Here's what the humans have to say about me:

3-4 year old Mugs has lived his entire life at the end of a chain - until now. And, then his owners moved on and left him (and 15 other dogs) behind. This was a good thing for Mugs, though - as he has learned crate training, and has learned to LOVE being inside, you can almost see him smiling. Mugs is an all around adorable dog. This boy has personality plus.
