Ripley, believe it or not, has found himself at the shelter with no family or person to call his own! This sweet, affectionate, but shy boy is nothing but love in an adorable package. Ripley is a calm and quiet dog, rarely barking in his kennel or out on coveted walks. He is a sweet fellow, often leaning into your body or trying to sit on your lap as you pet him. He is shy at first and does need some reassurance when he first meets you; but a gentle voice, soft pats, and a few treats will let him know that he is safe with you. Once he warms to you, he is SUPER friendly and cannot get enough affection! Ripley is also dog-friendly, wagging his tail at every passing dog he meets as he walks through the park. This boy is also incredibly polite on leash, never pulling or running ahead – he is content to remain by your side at a steady pace, taking in the beauty of the outdoors and basking in the warmth of your love.
