Mezza is a lovely and sweet 9-year-old Siamese mix who is very people-oriented. She has a great purr and carries herself like the queen she considers herself to be. She has beautiful blue eyes and a gorgeous chocolate-cinnamon coat. She sheds very little but loves to be brushed.
One of Mezza's favorite games is to attack the toilet paper, unrolling her adversary as she plays. Given other cat toys, Mezza is usually happy to play constructively, rather than destroying your toilet paper. She is a bit of a cuddlebug and loves to lay lap-side for pets and love, but prefers to arrive there under her own steam.
Mezza has a lovely combination of sweetness and playfulness. She has lived with (and is great with) children and other cats. We don't know if she's been dog-tested, but suspect that she would do well after a short adjustment period.
Mezza is fully declawed and must stay indoors at all times.
Mezza, like all ARCF cats for adoption, has been spayed or neutered, microchipped, is up to date on vaccines, and has tested negative for FeLV and FIV.
If you are interested in meeting Mezza, please fill out the
"I'm interested" form at our website, and our adoption coordinator will respond promptly. Please note that we place cats in the following counties only: Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas and Clark.
Animal Rescue & Care Fund, Inc. is a small rescue organization. We rescue homeless animals only, and do not accept owner-surrendered pets. All our animals live with volunteers in their homes until they are matched with the right permanent family. Thank you for considering one of our pets for adoption.
