My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Arooooh!!! Its me Ralphie K!!! I am a very happy, loving, 10 year old tricolor beagle boy!! I was at the shelter for almost a month when Arizona Beagle Rescue came and got me out there!!

I am one of those dogs that would prefer to be the only dog in your life! I might be okay with an older female dog, but would just like to have you all to my self. I am one of those boys that loves to get belly rubs. I am very good at staying off the furniture and will loyally sit near you whatever you are doing. Even though I'm 10 I still have good spunk, like to play, and walk well on a leash! I also really love to take walks. That is my most favorite thing. Going on daily walks would be nice, but even a few times a week would make me happy.

I get along with cats okay, I just ignore them, and let them know if I don't want them near me. I do have a bit of separation anxiety, but I'm okay if you leave me for a while and I have a nice, little spot to hang out until you come back to see me. I really don't like being left alone. So, I'm hoping that my new family will have someone home most of the time. I also have a very loud, deep Aroooo! Almost like a basset hound!! I really am one sweet little guy, and I do hope that I will find my forever home soon! I know us older pups have a harder time finding a new place to live, but I will give you years of enjoyment, as long as you love me. And of course give me belly rubs!!
