Rex-Sponsor Me's Story...
Hi, Hi, Hi! I am so happy you chose to read about me. I am an awesome, wonderful, happy go lucky dog! Did I mention my name is Rex? Cute name right?! I know there are lots of dogs out there named Rex but I think I am probably the cutest one of them all. I was surrendered because I do this play bite thing that gets me in trouble. I need to be taught how to keep my mouth shut! HEA's staff members are working with me on it and I am getting a little better. Because I am kind of crazy sometimes, I probably shouldn't be with little kids but would be a great dog for a family with teenagers. I promise I would watch over all of you and love you forever and ever! Please come see me, I am adorable! ~Love, Rex
Rex-Sponsor Me is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rex-Sponsor Me, a Marion German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever for sale in Marion, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Marion.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marion already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marion breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marion paves the way for another one to be saved.
