My story

If you're looking for the perfect dog to get involved in agility training, look no further. Our lovely Jesse would be an ideal candidate for dog sports and obedience training. Jesse has such untapped potential. We would love for her to go to a new home where her new mom and dad will allow Jesse to really shine. Jesse loves attention and affection, be it belly rubs, hugs or kisses. She is shy around new people and surroundings at first, but will warm up quickly with a little patience. Jesse is around other dogs, cats and children in her foster home. Being a Border Collie (a herding breed), Jesse is probably not the best choice for a home with very young children, but she would be fine with older kids. Jesse is crate-trained, paper-trained and we're working with her on housetraining. She is about 16" to 17" at the shoulders and weighs about 24 lbs. Jesse is spayed, fully vaccinated, heartworm-negative and is on monthly heartworm preventative.
