Cookie's Story...
Cookie (otherwise known as 'Crookie' because of her bent tail) is extremely sweet to people but slightly put-off by other cats. She is a gorgeous cat, loving mother, and devoted companion. Cookie could live in a home with another cat, but might function best as the solitary queen of her manor. She LOVES people, and will trot along beside you as you do housework or chores, and she is adorable. Stop by the Goathouse, and let Miss Cookie show you around, and see if you can resist taking her home!

About Our Shelter...
Siglinda Scarpa is a potter and a sculpter who owns 3 acres of fenced-in property in which she houses 150-200 homeless cats. The Refuge is a sanctuary for these cats, who never have to leave, but if they are adoptable, the cats are posted on our website and taken to adoption events in the community. The more cats that we find homes for, the more cats we can rescue.
