Levi Loewenstein's Story...
This is Levi! He is a little cutie pie!! He is around 7 or 8 weeks old and was rescued from a home where the owner moved and abandoned all the cats there. He came in with 4 other kittens who will be on here soon. One of the other kittens was adopted right off the bat! He tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia and has had his second round of shots. He is still too little to neuter just yet. Levi is very spunky and playful, but is very friendly with people at the same time. You might want ot hurry - he is sure to get adopted quickly!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Levi Loewenstein, a Erie Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Erie, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Erie.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Erie already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Erie breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Erie paves the way for another one to be saved.
