Are you looking for a new Buddy?! That's me! I'm a sweet, smart and adorable lab looking for my forever home. I am about 7 yrs young and chocolate in color. I would do great in any family, I like kids and even kiss the cats. I get along with other dogs, although if you have a timid dog my enthusiastic greetings mean introductions should be slow. I am not shy at all and just bounce up ready to play!
I like walking/jogging/hiking, car rides, playing with my toys, belly rubbies, and being with my humans. I know sit, stay, Buddy come, down, drop it, off, and go potty. (Did I say smart...I meant SUPER smart) I will alert you that I need to go outside to handle my business by talking or barking to get your attention.
I am currently on a bit of a diet as I am about 10 lbs overweight, so I will need to be fed on a schedule, not free fed. And some daily exercise will really help, too.
I stay indoors and behave very well when I stay home by myself (I get to go to doggy daycare twice a week too!). You may see me "bouncing" up and down in the window with my tail (ok my whole body) wagging 100 miles an hour when I hear your car pull in because I am so excited to see you!
Please make me your new forever Buddy...you know you can't resist the chocolate!

All of our animal companions are in foster homes, so visits are arranged with the foster family. To set up a time to meet one of our animal companions, we must first have a completed application on file.

Please note that we do not adopt animal companions out to homes that show signs of indoor smoking. Adoption fee $125. Buddy is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
