Lilly von Perkins's Story...
Lilly von Perkins is the cutest 12 month old Shepherd mixed with maybe some type of terrier and Greyhound (?) She is in a foster home with 3 other shepherds (male and female) and a horse. She gets along with anything and anyone. Everyone who meets her comments on what a lovely dog she is. She loves to snuggle up with you on the couch or lay next to you in the grass while you barbeque. She is an angel on a leash and will even walk right alongside you without one. She is completely potty trained and is great at letting you know when she needs to go outside. The loving home who adopts Lilly will recieve a sweet bundle of joy in return.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilly von Perkins, a Los Angeles German Shepherd Dog/Greyhound puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Greyhound for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Greyhound puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Greyhound breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
