Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Grace lives up to her name with her polite manners and quiet, gentle ways. An easy-going lady, she doesn't complain. A past injury to one of her legs keeps her at a slower pace than most, but a simple fish oil routine for inflammation keeps her comfortable. There is no aggression in this dog. Listing her as best with older children is simply due to the possibility that she may at some time be reactionary due to pain. Grace was a blood donor dog and has given more than her fair share toward the benefit of others. She is looking for a low energy, loving home in her retirement. At a youthful ten years of age, she deserves the next four to six years to be spent in comfort. Please consider bringing this sweet thing into your heart and home!
RECENT VOLUNTEER INPUT:
GRACE
Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas! Would you like to make all of Grace’s dreams come true this holiday season? Like Rooster, Ant, and Notch, Grace was also used to a life of stressful monthly blood draws. This unfortunate lifestyle lasted several years but luckily, Grace came to GFFL. Now she is looking for her forever home and a loving family. Grace has a beautiful salt and pepper framed face with sparkling soulful eyes. She is quite intelligent and inquisitive. She’s earned the nickname “Inspector Clueso”. Why? Grace loves to inspect absolutely everything while going for long walks. Not much gets past Gracie. She is a confident 9 year old girl who harbors absolutely no anxieties over her funny little front leg. Grace’s front right leg is structurally sound but from time to time her elbow points out in a cute and comical fashion. Santa baby, if you’re searching for a loving and loyal friend to spend quality time with, then Grace is your perfect match!
