Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**CROSS-POST ONLY** Please contact Jean Lazzaro at 630-242-1931 or email 9-dogs@sbcglobal.net for more information about adopting Atticus. He is currently in a foster home in Cedar Lake, IN.
Atticus was pulled from a pound where he was picked up as a stray. Atticus is 1 to 1 1/2 years old. Atticus is a very loving boy. He gets along with other dogs, cats and loves children. Because Atticus has had no formal training, he will need to be enrolled in obedience classes. He is learning to walk on a leash and knows sit. This boy is a real love. He has the most beautiful coloring because of his mix. Atticus wants to be a lap dog. Atticus likes to jump on you to greet you because he gets so excited. He is crate trained and housetrained. Atticus jumped my fence a couple of times, but just goes in the yard and waits to come in the front door. He does not run or chase other animals or children. Atticus is very smart and with training he will be a magnificent dog and you will be proud to have him as part of your family. Everyone at the pound and the vet's office loved him. He does not have a mean bone in his body.
If you would like to meet Atticus, please call Jean Lazzaro at 630-242-1931 or email 9-dogs@sbcglobal.net. Atticus is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
