Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gus is a wonderful guy looking for his forever home. Gus was found on the side of the road by a good samaritan. He was skin and bones and appeared to have some injury (maybe hit by a car or abused by a person) The good samaritan took him to the vet and it was discovered Gur had heartworms. The vet called us to ask if we could help this boy because he was so sweet and just needed a chance. Now, several months later, Gus is heartworm free, is at a healthy weight and is fit as a fiddle. Gus is a character. He is crate trained and does very well in the house. He gets along well with other dogs and is very social with new people.
He has a beautiful and unique blonde merle coat. He is about 3 years old and weighs about 65lbs
