My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pillsbury is a 1.5 year old precious Boxer pup. She is all white with a few brown spots on her ears. Her coat is silky smooth and she loves to sit on your lap. Pillsbury has 2 levels of energy, sleeping and on the go! She loves running around the yard, playing with toys and boxing with her foster brother. She would probably do best in home with another dog as she gets along well with other dogs and loves people. She hasn't had any exposure to cats yet, so we are unsure how she would do around them.

Pillsbury takes lots of cues from her foster brother as she works on learning signs from us. Yes, signs! Pillsbury is deaf, but that doesn't slow her down any. After just three days in her foster family she has learned how to ring the bell on the door to let her foster parents know she wants to go outside. Pillsbury is house trained during the day, but still needs to go out in the middle of the night. Don't worry though, she'll come to the bed and give you a cold puppy nose to let you know she needs to go out! If you have to leave for work, no problem! Just give Pillsbury a treat and into her crate she goes. She'll wait patiently while you go to work for you to come home and PLAY! If you're looking for a sweet cuddly companion then she is the girl for you! Pillsbury is being fostered by Bethany and Aaron in St. Augustine, FL.
