Billy's Story...
Billy is a 2 1/2 year old lab/spaniel cross. He is one smart boy who loves to spend time with people. He can sit and shake hands and is very well-behaved. Billy is very friendly with everyone and he's quite a unique character. He gets along very well with the other dogs at the shelter. In fact, he's kind of the benevolent ring-leader taking some of his buddies on escapes periodically inside the shelter because he's smart enough to open up a latch. Billy could use a job to do to channel his intelligence and keep him happy. But you will be forever entertained with this boy! He is calm and very easy going and with a sweet personality. If you have time to spend with your dog , Billy is the one that will hang out with you. We think he would make a very good service dog because he is so smart and devoted. Billy has been altered and vaccinations updated. He is ready for a new home and lots of activity to keep him happy. Adoption fee:$255.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Billy, a Mora Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Mora, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Mora.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mora already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mora breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mora paves the way for another one to be saved.
