Gage's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Gage's Story...
Gage, about 3-4 years old, is already a balanced and mature fellow. Perfectly happy relaxing with you on the couch, he is also enthusiastic about a brisk walk around the neighborhood or a longer hike in the park. He has a sweet disposition and loves meeting houseguests and neighbors. Gage is trustworthy and well-behaved around the house, but must have company at all times; so the ideal situation will include another pet, preferably another mature dog, who can always be there for him. He weighs about 55 pounds and is of mixed heritage, but is mainly Golden Retriever with a possible sprinkling of Australian Shepherd. If you are looking for a loving and loyal companion for you and your canine, Gage could be the ideal match for you!

Fully vetted and altered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gage, a Avon Golden Retriever/Anatolian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Anatolian Shepherd for sale in Avon, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Anatolian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Avon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Avon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Avon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Anatolian Shepherd breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Anatolian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Avon paves the way for another one to be saved.
