Sugar's Story...
Meet Sugar! True to her name, this is one sweet husky pup! She is around one year old and looking for her forever home. Sugar is everything you could ask for in a young dog – playful, adventurous, and loving. She loves everyone that she meets – adults, kids, and other dogs too! In fact, she would love to have a canine brother or sister. Being a typical young dog, she is still learning proper puppy manners. It would be great if her new family would enroll her in puppy school – we know she would excel!

If you would like to make Sugar a part of your family, come visit her at the shelter or, contact her adoption consultants, Greg and Lacy, at 440-724-5791 or gregoryacarpenter@gmail.com for more information. Sugar would love a home for the holidays!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sugar, a Berea Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Berea, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Berea.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berea already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berea breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berea paves the way for another one to be saved.
