King's Story...
This big teddy bear is King. He is a 7 month old neutered male 60 pound belgian sheepdog/alaskan malmute mix. King is a big energetic boy who hasn't had much training yet. He needs some guidiance and a patient but strong handler to teach him the ropes. King is good with other dogs and doesn't seem to mind cats. More on King when he arrives and we get to know him.
12/28 - King has made great strides in all areas. He is doing very well with basic obedience at home and starts formal training this week. King walks very well on a leash but does get distracted by other animals, big and small. He improves with every walk. He is awesome to run with. King gets along great with other animals and loves to play, play, play!! He is an absolute lovebug who loves belly rubs and curling up in your lap. King does need someone who is going to be firm and consistent with him while he is still a pup. He can be stubborn at times but is always looking to please and is very receptive to positive correction. King would be best suited in a home without young children due to his size and energy level. King is housebroken and doing very well with his crate training. He will be a great dog for the right family who is willing to put the time into him that he deserves.
