My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You have not met sweet and affectionate unless you meet Rosie. As her guardian I cannot imagine a more perfect match for Rosie than someone that wants a great companion. She is not a barker or a jumper although she does get excited to see you. She knows it is nearing yard time with her friends Jesse and Boz. (The boys love her and chase her through the swimming pool in the big yard) Rosie was abandoned and was rescued from an animal shelter. Although in a stressful environment, Rosie passed all the behavior tests...but of course this bundle of love could not fail at anything. She just wants to be loved...she is a small girl (about 40 pounds) and can fit in your arms when she is nuzzling you. Rosie plays well with female and male dogs but we recommend a family with a male dog or an only dog companion. Rosie's favorite thing(s) are swimming, chasing her friend Jesse around the yard and during quiet time, chewing on her chew. Call or email to meet Rosie...she is desperate to get out of the kennel where she was left several months ago. 916-420-5798 or email milne7896@comcast.net
PS. My husband and I responded to a plea for help from an overcrowded kennel for rescue dogs. We are now helping provide medicine, food, houses, and toys for these animals until we can get them to a safe place to live, we are praying for homes or foster homes. We are providing construction services to make the kennel safe as well as exercising the dogs 5-6 times a week. The environment tugs at your heart, please help Rosie and her 12 companions in any way you can! Call 916-420-5798.
