Boomer had somewhat of a rough start. Abandoned at the shelter by his owner, he spent countless months waiting for that special someone to save him, but nobody was willing to give "the dog with the funny underbite" an chance. That is until rescue stepped in and whisked him away to a doting foster home where he was immediately given extra doses of long-overdue TLC.
Truth be told, we're not quite sure what breeds make up this black beauty, but one thing's for sure Boomer is the most loving, loyal friend anyone could ask for. Forget his unconventional looks and take some time to get to know this boy, and you will find an amazing soul who is full of life and has not a single mean bone in his body. Playful and affectionate, he loves to socialize with everyone and adores meeting new canine friends. In fact, Boomer is so good with other dogs that he will do best in a home with another pooch that he can follow around and explore the world with while out on walks or romping at the beach.
Always eager to please with his big contagious smile, Boomer is a fast learner and already knows some basic commands. At three years young and weighing just under 50 pounds, he's the perfect package, effortlessly charming the socks off of everyone he meets and enjoying plenty of playtime and exercise. If you are looking for a faithful friend who will be there with you for a lifetime, look no further because Boomer is the boy for you!
