My name is Lola - ATHENS!

American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever Mix Dog for adoption in Greensboro, Georgia - Lola - ATHENS

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Lola - ATHENS's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Lola - ATHENS's Story...
I was found stray and was on my last day at Athens Animal Control, until a new foster parent thought I was worth saving and sprung me! I am so grateful and beyond nice. I am perfectly sized at around 40 lbs. I am having trouble finding a home for some crazy reason. I think I am TOO quiet on adoption days, but I thought that is what people liked...

I am crate trained and house trained and great with other dogs, and I have seen a few cats and they seem pretty cool. I also REALLY love playing with kids, they are great! My foster mom loves me, but I know she can't keep me forever, what about you?

-----
She has been in foster care over 3 months and is so quite and calm on adoption days she is always over looked. Don't over look this catch of a dog. Applications can be found at www.cofas.org. Lola's foster home is located in the Athens Area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lola - ATHENS, a Greensboro American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in Greensboro, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Greensboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greensboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greensboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greensboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
