Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Precious is truly a miracle cat! She was attacked by a dog at about 6 months of age and her jaw was broken on one side and nearly shattered on the other. She was in tremendous pain and her rescuers didn’t know where to turn, so we took her in. She had surgery on her jaw at Riverside Animal Hospital in Macon, GA. Dr. Shurling and Dr. Thompson both did a wonderful job getting her well. Once she started to recover from her injuries and surgery, we noticed how plump she was getting – and continued gaining weight like crazy. Hmmm. Yep, she was pregnant through the dog attack and the surgery! She delivered five healthy babies, and was an excellent momma. After they were weaned, Precious was spayed and is now ready for a home of her own!
Precious is a funny girl with lots of fun quirks. She would love to have a safe place where she can go in and out every once in a while, as she truly enjoys the outdoors. She also has started to show her playful, kitten side, after she was forced to grow up so early and be a mommy. Now, she is acting really silly and enjoys playing with straws, bits of paper or cat toys. She is absolutely gorgeous with big green eyes and is also POLYDACTYL – she has seven toes on one front foot and six on the other. She loves to spread out and place her huge paw out in front of her to showcase it. :) Precious is fine with other cats and dogs. She’s fine with children but prefers adults. Won’t you give Precious another shot at the life she deserves?
Precious’s surgery, including her spay, testing and shots, comes to over $700.00. Any donations towards her vet bill are truly appreciated!
