Beckett's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Beckett's Story...
Beckett is a spunky, playful fellow. He’s very obedient and just LOVES being with people. He has TONS of personality and is just as cute as can be. He would enjoy a nice fenced-in yard to play in and hopefully a doggie playmate to have a great game of chase with or some human kids to play ball or tug-of-war with. He has excellent house manners and is crate-trained. Beckett is about 7 months old and currently weighs 23 lbs. He won’t get much bigger and should top the scale when full-grown at no more than 30 lbs. He gets along fine with our cats. Beckett has been neutered and is up-to date on his shots. He is on monthly preventative for heartworms, fleas and ticks.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beckett, a Mocksville Rat Terrier/Australian Kelpie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier/Australian Kelpie for sale in Mocksville, or seeking a Rat Terrier/Australian Kelpie dog from a breeder in Mocksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mocksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mocksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier/Australian Kelpie breeders who help with Rat Terrier/Australian Kelpie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mocksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
