King's Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, and up to date with shots.

King's Story...
King is a very striking 5-year-old neutered male Husky. He was surrendered to a pound when his owner (a young girl) had to move back in with her parents and King wasn’t invited to come with her! This is a wonderfully sweet boy with lots of energy. We know he isn’t good with cats and he is choosy about his dog friends. We aren’t sure how he is with children so would suggest that he only go to a home with older kids. We believe he is housetrained but aren't positive. He is a smart and clean boy!

All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption, up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm tested, on heartworm preventative year-round, and microchipped for identification.

If you are interested in adopting this dog,
please send us an e-mail and request an application form. Vet and personal references will be checked and a home visit is required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

King, a Belleville Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Belleville, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Belleville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Belleville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Belleville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Belleville paves the way for another one to be saved.
