Biddle's Story...
Hello, my name is Biddle!

If you like black kitties, you'll absolutely love me!!! I had a bit of a rough start as a little baby, but I'm in great shape now. There were 3 of us, but my sister and brother, Bailey & Banks already found their new best friends. I guess they were noticed sooner because they had a lot more white on them then I do. My white spot is on my tummy, and my shelter mom told me it's the special kissing spot. I like that - I like being kissed.

I am a sweet and cuddly kitten looking for a friend that will take me home so that I can love them. I love to run and chase toys or just curl up in a ball and look cute while I sleep. I am looking for a friend that will love me just as much as I love them and will play with me or just let me curl up on their lap while they read a book or watch tv. If I sound like a friend that you would enjoy don't waste any time, please come see me!

At Altered Feral State, we work with feral cat colonies. All of our kittens were removed from the colonies and completely socialized when they are less than 8 weeks old. We don't offer them for adoption until they have been tested, vaccinated and spayed or neutered.

Our adoption fee of $50 only covers a very small portion of our costs, but to us, it's all about finding the best home for these wonderful kitties.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Biddle, a Monroe Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Monroe, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Monroe.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Monroe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Monroe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Monroe paves the way for another one to be saved.
