My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shaker came to MLDHS with two other small poodle crosses (both of whom have now been adopted). He appears to be approx 4 to 5 years old and is friendly and likes kids. He looks nervous in a couple of these photos as he was unsure of being on the photo podium at that time. The one photo he is sitting on a 5 year old's lap. All 3 dogs were a dirty, matted mess when they came to us, but they've all been groomed up and bathed up and look (and probably feel) 1000% better! It appears Shaker's spent a good part of his life outdoors despite not having the coat for a harsh winter. We don't think he is house trained, but being an adult hopefully with the right training, attention and patience and once neutered, he could learn quickly as he does use the doggy door at the shelter to do his business outside if given a chance. He's a great, affectionate little fellow who'd love to find a home like his buddies did.
