Baby Buddy's Story...
Meet awesome sweet little Buddy! This adorable baby was saved from a man about to turn him into Animal Care and Control. Baby Buddy absolutely loves people and will quickly become your best friend! Buddy loves being pet, romping with my cats, playing with their tales as well as his own and chasing balls, bells and fake mice. He actually isn't too crazy for a kitten, playful, but pretty calm as well, making him the perfect kitten! Entertaining and adorable! What a fabulous demeaner for such a youngster!

This little sweetheart is 6 months old. Baby Buddy has received his first FVRCP vaccine, has tested negative for FIV/FeLV, has been dewormed, microchipped and is flea free. He is also litterbox trained. Buddy is a special kitty. He will always be a small kitty. He has a heart murmur and is expected to live 4-7 years. Wouldn't it be wonderful to make them wonderful years full of love and joy, as much love and joy as he will bring you?

If you are interested in welcoming a kitten into your home, please consider adopting Buddy. He will make an amazing addition to any home that is lucky enough to call him their own! Buddy has brought so much joy into my home and I know he will do the same for you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baby Buddy, a New York American Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in New York, or seeking a American Shorthair kitten from a breeder in New York.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New York already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New York breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New York paves the way for another one to be saved.
