William's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

William's Story...
William is a handsome, well-loved, 3-year-old Black Lab. He's just about 60 lbs., he loves people, gets along beautifully with other dogs, he's happy, housebroken and has excellent manners. Sadly, William's mom is being forced to give him up due to a change in circumstances, but William has known nothing but loving care, and will enter his new home with happy memories only--no baggage. William is neutered, vaccinated and healthy. Just add love and attention.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

William, a Naugatuck Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Naugatuck, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Naugatuck.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naugatuck already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naugatuck breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naugatuck paves the way for another one to be saved.
