My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dusty is handsome Golden Retriever mix who is ready for his new forever family to adopt him. He was owned by a lady who recently passed away and has been in foster care now for close to two months.

He is current on all shots, been treated for heartworm, neutered, house trained and micro-chipped. Dusty enjoys the companionship of his foster's two retrievers and 8 year old son and loves to be with people all the time. He likes to run and play, does well riding in a car, thinks he's a "lap" dog and is a good boy in the house. Dusty wants to be with his family all the time and would be the ideal companion for a retired family, stay-at home mom or dad or an active family.

As you can see from his pictures, he has a gorgeous light blond coat, dark expressive eyes and long fluffy tail. Although we know that Dusty is a Golden mix, we are not sure of his other lines. Because he has such nice long legs and a lovely blond coat, we feel that he may be something similar to an Afghan hound also.
