Linus-Adopted's Story...
Introducing Linus, a very sweet 4 pound, 8 weeks old handsome young pup as of January 12th. We think he is a Miniature Pinscher mix, but we can't tell what else he is mixed with. Linus is adorable, playful energetic and loves playing with Lucy...the other pup he came in with. We don't think he is going to be a very big dog, probably less then 25 pounds based on her current weight and age. But since he came from a high kill shelter, and we do not know for.

Linus's adoption fee is $300 and includes; his neutering, he has received his first and second puppy vaccinations, his 2nd deworming, fecal tested negative, a free 30 minute consultation with a Certified Dog Trainer at Petco in Bolingbrook and a free office visit to Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic on Weber and Caton Farm Road.

Linus is being fostered Elk Grove Village where you can meet him after completing an adoption application. Please go to, click on the forms and and applications tab, download the application then email it back to

Thank you for your interest in Linus.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Linus-Adopted, a Naperville Miniature Pinscher puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Naperville, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher puppy from a breeder in Naperville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naperville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naperville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naperville paves the way for another one to be saved.
