My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey Everybody! My name is Brock! I am a 5 year old tricolor beagle. I am a big muscular beagle that is full of play! I am an active beagle. My foster parents aren’t really sure how I can be 5 years old because I act like I am a puppy. I love to run and play with the other dogs. I also LOVE my toys, especially tennis balls. It’s very exciting for me when you throw them, but good luck getting them back! I’ll play tug of war all day long with anything. I seem to be okay with the cats in the house too. I love going for walks and riding in the car! I need a some work with the leash though. I am a strong boy and just keep trying to go faster! I am a smart and funny boy, my fosters say, with a huge personality. They just found out I know how to shake! I could probably learn a lot of things if someone is willing to teach me. I enjoy watching TV, once I am done with my tennis ball that is. I will cozy up to my foster dad and lay my head across his lap.
I am potty-trained and will use the doggie door all on my own. I seem to have mixed feelings about the crate. I go in there all on my own for dinner time and bedtime. When you close that door though, I howl loudly for about 30 seconds. It’s the weirdest thing really and I can’t explain it! My foster parents are working with treats to calm me down. I’m always up for treats! When I’m done with my noise making, I am happy in my crate. I’d probably be best in an active home with older children. I need a family that can keep up with me! I’m a sweet boy who would love to find my forever home. Maybe that is you?
