My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Sydney and my BFF Walter. We are looking for that special home who would adopt us together. I only have one eye and Walter has separation anxiety. As you can see we both are special guys – so adorable with lots of love to give.

Walter gets extremely anxious when he is left alone or feels confined. Our foster mom is working on his crate training – but he does need more work. I am crate trained although I do not understand why I need to sleep in a crate. Walter and I are both 100% housetrained if we have a dog door.

Walter needs a doggie friend but he also wants to be with his favorite humans the better part of each day in order to keep his separation anxiety in check. That might mean a family with a stay at home mom, or someone that works from their home, or perhaps someone who has the ability to take Walter with them to work each day. Because of how close we have become and Walter’s special requirements, our foster mom would like to see us adopted together. Plus, I know how to handle Walter when he gets nervous. We are really nice little boys and are looking for that one loving family that understands how truly special we are.

We are both neutered and current on our vaccinations and heartworm preventative. Walter is about 2-3 years old and I am about 1 year old.
