My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Butler is a stunningly handsome lab mix fellow that we got out of a high kill shelter on his last day. He is a wonderful dog and would love to grow up in a real home. Butler is only 5 months old, so he’s got plenty of time to bond with his new family. He’s very affectionate and people-oriented. He loves other dogs and although curious about the cats, he doesn’t bother them. He walks great on leash and loves to play. He never meets a stranger and would be the hit of any neighborhood with his outgoing and friendly personality. Butler is crate-trained and is a quiet fellow. With the crate training, housebreaking to his new home will be a breeze.
Butler weighs 36 lbs. right now and will probably fill out in the 50 lb range. Butler has been heartworm tested (negative) and has started on monthly preventative. He has a neuter appointment and will be up to date on all shots, microchipped and ready for his new home the first week in February.
