Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jasper came to the shelter after being surrendered by his owner. Jasper was very matted when he arrived and had to get a haircut. His hair has been shaved but it will grow out. He is a calm dog and seems to be good natured. He is friendly to cats and other dogs. Jasper was very well fed by his previous owner and is over weight. He will need a home that will help him reduce to a healthier weight.
