Adopted!!!
Toby was found wandering a condo complex in Porter Ranch..he was completely matted, emaciated, not neutered and just a mess! poor little guy, we dont think he was being fed,and he was in pretty bad shape! his teeth were so bad and he still had about 12 of his baby teeth, we had to have them all pulled out, and had him neutered at the same time. he came through surgery with flying colors. he is a little love muffin and loves to cuddle up with the cats in his foster home. his only problem is he gives kisses non stop! ha, if you can call that a problem!!!! LOL he is one special little dog and whoever is lucky enough to adopt him will fall madly in love!
