Courtesy Listing! - Meet Tommy. A mellow 8-year-old Mastiff mix. Tommy is a great lover and companion dog. He is patient and kind, and a little shy with kisses but doesn't overdo it. He enjoys receiving hugs and kisses from people too – Tommy says you can't get enough love! His foster daddy loves to roll around the grass with him and Tommy's tail just wags and wags! Tommy enjoys walking to Starbucks for coffee on the weekends and is overjoyed to come home and lay on top of you on the couch while watching football for a few hours. He's definitely a couch potato, but is more than willing to share the couch with those he loves! Overall, Tommy is a very laid back, calm guy that makes it easy to call him your best friend. Tommy is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered. Please contact: Karma Rescue at: 310-512-7833.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tommy, a Los Angeles Boxer/Mastiff dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Mastiff for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Boxer/Mastiff dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Mastiff breeders who help with Boxer/Mastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
