My story

Luna is not in the Closer to Home Animal Advocates rescue program. We are assisting her owner with finding a new home for this darling girl!



Luna is a 4-year-old spayed female Norwegian Elkhound. She was rescued a year ago but isn't getting along well with the other dogs in her home. She is protective of her food with the other dogs. She likes men but is a tiny bit afraid of women. She loves kids but will only be adopted to a home with older kids (older than 12) because of her tendency to protect her food. A fenced yard is required for Luna!



Luna is up to date on vaccinations, spayed, and on monthly heartworm preventative. Luna's adoption fee is $200.
