Plenty of my friends are looking

Moet's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Moet's Story...
Moet was brought to us VERY pregnant. She gave birth within a few days after we got her safely in our care. Moet has to be one of the most affectionate cats you will ever meet. She is a "talker!". Her hair is extra short. She is all black with golden eyes. She is a solid girl who loves to be cuddled and held. She was one of the best Mommy cats I ever had. She took such good care of her kittens and a couple other kittens too! Moet is about one to 1 1/2 years old (as of 09/11/05). You can visit with Moet at "A Pets Place" located in Fort Lauderdale. You may call the store ONLY for directions and store hours. If you would like ANY information about Moet or the adoption process, contact Diane at 954-816-0799 or via email mail@strayaid.org. PHOTO COMING SOON!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moet, a Fort Lauderdale Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Fort Lauderdale, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Fort Lauderdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Lauderdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Lauderdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Lauderdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
