Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Whoever has the privilege of adopting Chippy Clark will be one LUCKY pawrent! This is just a marvelously engaging little gentleman. He is a chocolate and fawn, attractively marked, has a really cute liver colored button nose, and while we originally were told he was a Chihuahua/Pug mix (probably due to his slightly undershot jaw), to see him you know he is part Min Pin with his fine bone and hackney gait. Chippy is an outgoing, flirtatious and very charming boy who is friendly, extremely engaging and sweet as sugar! He is willingly held, but this engaging dog is keen earn your favor with his sweetly cavorting style of play bows and darling little dances. He likes to bump your hand for a pat and adores affection! Gets along with other dogs well...had a rip roaring play session with a Standard Poodle, which was a hoot to see :).....and shows nice socialization. Chippy is not comfortable around male children, who he seems to mistrust, and we do think he has been roughly handled by them in the past. That is his only behavioral shortcoming, however. True, he likes to be on his hindlegs a bit, but that is part of his inner flirt and is too charmingly delivered to mind. He is not a barker, seems well house broken and crates extremely well. This is a young adult....between one or two years of age. He's on the large side for his breed mix....about 8 lbs. He has been temperament tested (did great!), is HW negative, current on his shots and has been neutered and microchipped. He was brought up on a February transport and is currently being fostered in RI. Please contact Southpaws Express today!
